If you have set up personal collection, please wait for our automatic order confirmation by e-mail.
In the case of a domestic delivery, placed before 2 p.m., we will process it the same day as placed and hand it over to the courier service you have chosen for next-day delivery.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed on the next working day.
In the case of export delivery, we will contact you on the same day to administrate delivery fees and schedule the preparation for the next working day.
We will send a copy of the invoice and courier advance notification by e-mail by the end of the day.
